IMPORTANT NOTES

Please note that since the final event program has not yet been confirmed, this rental offer remains provisional. It will cover the entire duration of the event; however, we reserve the right to rotate equipment between athletes. This means you may be assigned a different board (of the same model you booked) each time you compete or train.

To optimize board availability, the following time limits will apply:

Sprint & Technical Races: Maximum usage time is 60 minutes per session.

Long Distance Race: Maximum usage time is 90 minutes per session.

Boards must be returned immediately after use to ensure availability for other athletes.
Please note the rental program is still under development, and details may be updated.

Please Note: 
To ensure the best possible rates and availability for all participants, all confirmed bookings—including accommodation, hotel payments, catering, and any pre-purchased or rented boards or equipment— are non-refundable. 

This is because once a booking is made, it is automatically transferred to manufacturing for equipment or processed by the hotel to confirm rooms. As such, these services cannot be reversed or cancelled.
