Braca Children Adjustable Paddle

Brača Children is an exact copy of Brača I and Brača IV with proportionally smaller blade size and with proprietary material characteristics and mechanics of the paddle that are specifically designed to fit children’s physiology.
It enables absorption of impact from each paddle stroke, thereby reducing shock on the shoulders, elbows and wrists and ultimately decreasing common kayak injuries.

You can also choose the stiffness of the shaft. We recommend a stiffer shaft for bigger blades but any combination is possible. See the shaft stiffness measurement prodecure and parameter table below.

Please note, the basic paddle does NOT include the Adjustable Shaft System - be sure to add this when selecting the exact parameters and options.

All Brača Children paddles are available with  a Plastic I. Adjustable Shaft System. This allows elegant adjustment of overall paddle length (within 5cm range) and blade angle from 0° to 80° right or left. The system is also allows you to disassemble the paddle into two parts for easy transportation.

Always clean your adjustable shaft regularly!
When used in saltwater conditions, clean with freshwater after each use, otherwise disassemble and clean every three days. Store your adjustable paddle disassembled if not used for more than two weeks!
