With stability close to the 520 but with more top speed this surfski is perfect for those who are looking to step up from a beginner’s ski to one with many years of scope built in. The 540 is rapidly proving itself to be a truly remarkable design - It is quite literally the only boat many paddlers will ever want.
Due to its dimensions the manoeuvrability of the ski is much better than traditional 6 metre plus skis as changing direction and surfing waves becomes easier; the weight can be maintained whilst building a stiffer ski. Also is within all known length limitations for transporting on the roof of your family car.
Nelo is a constant innovator, so a test ride is a must.
