Cancellation Policy for Kayak and Surf Ski Sessions
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our participants while maintaining fairness for all. Please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellations Made by Participants:
More than 48 Hours Before the Session: A full refund or rescheduling option is available.
24 to 48 Hours Before the Session: A 50% refund will be issued, or you may reschedule without penalty.
Less than 24 Hours Before the Session: No refund will be issued.
However, rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.

Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a reduced session time, as we need to adhere to our schedule for other participants. If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be considered a no-show.
Rescheduling Policy: Rescheduling is permitted as per the timeframes mentioned above. Please contact us directly to confirm a new session time.
