• Dates to the Venue: 23rd Oct – 28th Oct 2025
• Dates from the Venue: 3rd Nov 2025 - 8th Nov 2025
• Pickup Locations: Dubai Airport, Abu Dhabi Airport, J2 Beach Paddlershub HQ
• Drop-off Location: Shangri-La Hotel, Abu Dhabi
• Items Covered: SUP board and other equipment bags
• Service Type: One-way transportation

Important Information:

• Please make sure you have enough time to collect your belongings and exit the airport before pickup.
• Cars depart every 3 hours, sharp – don’t be late.

• Please book as many slots as boards you would like to transport.

• You will need to book one transport slot for each board.
• Upon arrival at Abu Dhabi airport, you will need to collect your boards and paddles yourselves and bring them to our truck.
• Please allow enough time after landing to get through the airport and reach the truck, as it will depart strictly at the scheduled times listed on our website. 
• The drop-off point is at the venue, not at the hotel.
• ⁠You must also be present at the scheduled drop-off time, as our team is not permitted to handle the return procedures on your behalf.
